  • How do I find product(s) I'm looking for?

    You can shop by Brand, by Department, or use our Search box (located upper right of web page). If you happen to know the style and/or item number using it in the search box.

  • Does your site inform me when a product is in stock?

    When you choose an item, you will be prompted to choose a color and/or size.  Once you use the pull down menu to make your selection our site will connect to our vendor’s warehouse to check for stock availability – giving you instant knowledge about stock levels.

  • How do I complete a purchase online?

    After making your selection, press the checkout button.  If not signed in you will be prompted to make an account or to sign in.  Fill out all billing and shipping information and submit.  You should receive an e-mail from us shortly after creating an account and after creating an order.  Please check you e-mail folders and filters just in case our e-mail lands in your junk folder.

  • I would like to order for a large group – can I receive special pricing?

    That depends.  But if you plan on having your group order through our website we make it easy!  Each member of your group will receive a code they can use for their special pricing and a list of all the items they are allowed to buy.  The group feature is great for offices with dress codes.

  • Can I phone, fax or e-mail my order?

    No matter how you like to shop, placing your order with Uniform by Bayou is easy! Although we use a secure server to protect your personal information, we understand that not all customers are comfortable using a credit card online.

    Call our convenient toll-free phone number 1-800-222-8164, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. (CST) to 5:00 p.m. (CST).

    Order from our catalog by fax:
    Fax your completed order form anytime, to 1-800-388-0234. Remember to include all item, pricing and shipping information on your order form. Also include daytime and evening telephone numbers so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order (we will not use your phone number for any other purpose).  If you’re ordering for a hospital or Institution, simply fax or mail us an authorized purchase order and we will confirm it's receipt within 24 hours. Please provide your fax number for confirmation.


    Please DO NOT submit your order and/or any personal information, especially credit card information, via e-mail. E-mail is not secure and your data can be exposed or intercepted rather easily. For this reason we do not accept orders via e-mail.

  • My order shows the item(s) are in stock. When will I receive my order?

    Although our system shows item(s) in stock, it may not be our warehouse stock levels. We may have to order from our vendor(s) to complete your order and that process can take between 2-10 business days. Any longer we will notify you of backorders or late shipments. Also, other factors that may affect shipment are item(s) selected for embroidery as well as, the distance of travel from our shipping warehouse to your address. If time is of essence, please call 1-800-222-8164 to speak to a customer service representative and we will try to make special accommodations if we can.

  • Can I save my shopping cart if I'm not ready to check out?

    If your browser is set to accept cookies, your shopping cart will be saved automatically if you leave our site without completing a purchase (or if your browser or computer crashes). To retrieve your saved items, access our web site from the same computer you used when you added the items to your cart, and click on the view “My Cart” link on the top menu bar of most pages on our site. You can read more about cookies by clicking the Privacy menu option.

  • Can I buy a gift card online?

    No, currently our site is not set up for gift card purchases.  To purchase a gift card, please visit one of our five retail locations or call us at 1-800-222-8164.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping services?

    Sorry, we currently do not.  But we may in the future!

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Yes. Unless your account is set for tax exempt.

  • What is the return policy?

    Eligible item(s) for return must be unwashed, unworn, and non-embroidered with the tags attached.

    Item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

    Sorry, but embroidered garments cannot be returned.

    There is a 20% restocking fee that may apply to certain item(s).

  • Is shopping online with Uniforms by Bayou secure?

    Yes, shopping online with Uniforms by Bayou is secure. Check your URL (Uniform Resource Locator) line for web address starting with "https://". You should see a padlock symbol in front of the web address (https://www.uniformsbybayou.com). This indicates the web site page you're on is secure.

  • Does Uniforms by Bayou accept payroll deduction?

    At our retail locations we do, but not online.

  • How do I sign in and see our group pricing?

    Sign in or create your account as you normally would – then go to Group Sign In and type in the code you were given from your employer or school.   While signed in to a group you will only see the items your group is allowed to purchase.  To see the rest of our site you will have to click the “Group Sign Out” button to continue as a regular customer.

  • Can I order online without a credit card?

    We can currently only accept online orders placed with a major credit cards - unless your account is set for terms/billing. If you have an account with terms/billing you must call us to activate this payment option.
